 Dispatch and Delivery :

Artworks will not be dispatched until full payment has been received.  Once payment has been secured Artworks purchased will be dispatched within 4 working days.

All paintings purchased by customers living in the U.K. include FREE delivery to the customer’s U.K. home/base. Delivery of paintings purchased by customers living outside of the U.K. will be paid for by the customer.

Please note - Delivery charges should be calculated on top of the price of the artwork/s purchased by customers living outside the U.K.

Return of artworks purchased - NON-DAMAGED GOODS ONLY

​​If the artwork/s are undamaged but the customer is not 100% satisfied with the painting/s purchased they have 4 working days to return the artwork/s to the artist. When the painting/s has been returned the artist will contact the customer to arrange a full refund of monies paid for the purchase of the artwork.

Please note - the postage required to return any/all  undamaged artwork/s will be

at a cost to the customer and is non-refundable.

 

 Damaged Goods - ONLY

All artwork is insured during transit - however, should you find that the painting/s are damaged during the delivery process, please e-mail me immediately, so that I

can notify the courier Involved to make a claim. Damaged artworks that have to be returned must initially be paid for at a cost to the customer.

Following photographic evidence - the painting/s should be securely re-packaged and sent  to the return address within 3 days of the customer having received the artwork/s. Once the painting/s have been received by the artist, she will then

contact the customer in order to arrange a full refund.

Copyright​

Copyright remains with the artist at all times. The copyright in the artwork remains with the artist - even after ownership of the artwork is transferred to the customer. This includes both original and commission work.

No artworks or any part of the artworks will be used for any purpose without the permission of the artist and to do so will instigate court proceedings.
